WHAT TO EXPECT

WHAT IS A HOST

As a host, you are responsible for decorating and supplying dinnerware for one of the tables at the event. Throughout the night, you'll have the pleasure of hosting the ladies at your table -- helping them have a great time as you all enjoy dinner, dessert, conversation, and a gospel message.


WHO WILL SIT AT MY TABLE

There will be up to seven other ladies at your table. You will have the choice of filling up your table by personally inviting people beforehand or leaving seats open and welcoming women the night of.


WHEN DO I DECORATE

You can decorate your table at the Mansfield Convention Center anytime between 8:00AM - 4:30PM on Friday, December 13th (the day of the event). Your table must be decorated by 5:00PM. Doors open at 6:00PM.

HOST REQUIREMENTS

ITEMS YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE

-8 Dinner plates

-8 Napkins

-8 Coffee cups

-8 Drinking glasses

-8 Sets of silverware

-Creative centerpiece

-Salt and pepper shakers

-1 Container to hold sugar packets

-1 Container to hold creamer cups


ITEMS NEW CITY WILL PROVIDE

-White table cloths

-Sugar and creamer

-Dinner, drinks, and dessert
