  • PRE-PLANNING

    • Consider event timeframe. 
    • Think through types of promotion.




  • SUBMIT EVENT FORM

    • Submit an Event Promotion Form through Breeze. (Big Events: Vision, Advance - 6 months out; Smaller Events: Women's Christmas Dinner, 3 months out)
    • Complete as much of it as possible.
    • If you have questions, ask.
  • FACE-TO-FACE

    • Once submitted, Caitlin will follow up.
    • Meet and go through projected timeline, types of promotion, expectations, deadlines, etc.
  • PROMOTION PACKAGE

    • The graphics team will put together an entire promotion package.
    • Package will include all graphics, including social posts, email headers, event banners, posters, postcards, etc. 
    • Begin promotion  –  some promotion will fall to the comms team, other promotion will fall to the ministry itself. This will be discussed. 
  • CONTINUED FOLLOW UP

    • Is there something missing? Did you think of another way to promote your event? Do you need another graphic?
    • Leading up to your event, continue to be your ministry's biggest advocate.
    • Email Caitlin with subsequent requests.
